The wire preparation service (WPS) is dedicated to serving the market with quick lead-time of discrete wiring, meaning we cut wire lengths to fully stripped and crimped wiring, and also we can provide fully assembled wiring. The WPS business offers added value engineering support, quick prototyping and support services (on-site or off-site) with an excellent level of customer service.
Rockford’s wire preparation services business unit will have a dedicated cell to serve the market with discrete wiring. We offer a variety of services including tinned wire lengths, fully stripped and crimped wiring and fully assembled wiring. And as always, we’re using certified materials, IPC 620 trained workmanship and an excellent level of customer service.
We offer a complete wiring assembly service incorporating fully terminated connectors, a complete cable tie, sleeving, and lacing service to IPC /WHMA-A-620, and we can supply low-cost high cycle sub-assembly wire prep kits to Aerospace and Defence industries, including wire cutting, stripping, tinning and identing.
